Come join us for an Ear Seeding session where you'll learn about this ancient practice and experience its benefits firsthand! Many individuals find ear seeding to be a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Benefits reported include reduced stress, improved sleep, or relief from pain. Unlike traditional acupuncture, ear seeding does not involve needles but instead utilizes small seeds or beads to apply pressure to these points. The seeds are placed with an adhesive tape and can be left on for a few days to provide continuous care.

What to Expect:
• Select Ear seeds (collection of diamond or rainbow crystals, 24K gold plated, or seeds)
• Ear seeding treatment with the option to sit and relax for 30 minutes
• Delicious and nourishing juices to fuel your body and soul.

Join Jennifer Cahoon, Licensed Acupuncturist and Founder of Acupuncture Center for Women for an educational session on the 3 steps Jennifer took to prepare for a positive birth experience and the research to support it. Jennifer has a special interest in birth work and has been licensed as an acupuncturist since 2008.
