Come join us for an Ear Seeding session where you'll learn about this ancient practice and experience its benefits firsthand! Many individuals find ear seeding to be a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Benefits reported include reduced stress, improved sleep, or relief from pain. Unlike traditional acupuncture, ear seeding does not involve needles but instead utilizes small seeds or beads to apply pressure to these points. The seeds are placed with an adhesive tape and can be left on for a few days to provide continuous care.

What to Expect:
• Select Ear seeds (collection of diamond crystals or seeds)
• Ear seeding treatment with the option to sit and relax for 30 minutes
• Delicious and nourishing juices to fuel your body and soul.

When: Thursdays 3-6 pm

Come join the party and feel the positive effects of being in community with other supportive moms. Enjoy a relaxing, stress reducing acupuncture or non-needle ear seeding treatment and learn how acupuncture can help with anxiety, pain, or stress. Stay for as long as you would like. Light refreshments will be served.

Join Jennifer Cahoon, Licensed Acupuncturist and Founder of Acupuncture Center for Women for an educational session on the 3 steps Jennifer took to prepare for a positive birth experience and the research to support it. Jennifer has a special interest in birth work and has been licensed as an acupuncturist since 2008.
