- Ear SeedingCome join us for an Ear Seeding session where you'll learn about this ancient practice and experience its benefits firsthand! Many individuals find ear seeding to be a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Benefits reported include reduced stress, improved sleep, or relief from pain.
